1. Customize the carbide grade according to the stone size

We can develop the carbide grade according to the stone sizes. For bigger sizes, we choose higher impact carbide grade, while smaller sizes with higher wear resistant carbide grade.

2. Special brazing method, small internal stress

We use special brazing method with special solution after brazing to release the internal stress. The brazing products can bear the high frequency hammer testing.
